We recommend leaving approximately 30"- 36" between the bottom of your fixture and the surface of your dining table. The width of your fixture should be at least 6" narrower than the width of your table.

    Very impressed with this light. We took a chance on it, and were surprised it was so nice! The glass shades are very white and came packaged very well, individually. The sticker on the side of the light came right off, and we used Goo Gone and it took the residue right off. We saw the reviews that said the globes did not fit right, but ours are no problem hanging down. For an inexpensive light, we thought they were well made and look expensive. The glass shades are angled on the sides which was a nice surprise as it will match even better with the new toilet. Very happy, and better than the picture!

    Love this fixture. We bought it for a new powder room in our 1920s house and it fits in perfectly with the Kohler Memoirs toilet and sink. We have fitted it with led bulbs and it is very bright. (We are using the equivalent of 60 watt. I think we will replace those with the 40 watt equivalents...)

    The reason I am giving only 4 stars is because one of the shades arrived broken and I think it is because of the packaging from the factory. Two of the shades were in the same box and that is where the breakage happened. I think Quoizel should separately pack each shade. Fortunately, the vendor I purchased this from arranged a replacement shade to be delivered and it came in short order.

    Overall, I think this is a good quality, beautiful lamp. It looks fantastic in our bathroom and fits in with the vintage of our home and the style of our bathroom.

    We love our new brushed nickel light fixture that we hung over a 72 in vanity. It looks clean and modern and not fussy or ornate. We used 75 equivalent LED lights and that was VERY bright. We installed a dimmer switch so that we could dial up or down the brightness.

    However, one glass bulb cover was broken upon arrival -- which we only noticed after it was installed. Contacted amazon who contacted the seller. We had a replacement bulb cover within the week. Very happy with purchase and excellent customer service!

    Light arrived promptly but one of light shades was broken due to poor packaging at factory. Tried to get replacement shade from Amazon but they stated they couldn't do that and would have to send entire new light- waste of time and energy but OK, whatever. Second light arrived very promptly and none of the shades were broken. However, the shades on new replacement light are different from original shades and do not fit in the light as well. Original shades had raised square area which fit snugly into square part of shade holder- replacement shades do not have raised area and do not fit well. They are also slightly smaller and lighter than originals. Overall workmanship of light seems adequate but fit and finish of shades is quite poor. Makes me wonder why we as consumers continue to accept such mediocre products.
