      Definitely not the best light I have purchased. The light hung catywumpus no matter what. Where the top ball and downrod were attached was crooked. Appears to be a manufacture mistake. THE gentleman e spoke to at the company was very nice and refunded our money no questions asked. And he said we did not have to return the item. Product wasn't very good (1 star) but the customer service was outstanding (5 Stars).
