    This came with three standard bulb sockets inside, which I replaced with 12 candelabra sockets so I can use my old LED flame bulbs. The first photos are with 3xCFL (75W equivalent) bulbs. The others show Feit 3.8W candelabra bulbs. The frosted glass diffusers top and bottom do an excellent job of hiding the bulbs, and the two layers of side diffusers keep it from glaring in your eyes. There is a soft-edged brighter spot on the ceiling above and the table below, with far less light coming out the side. The "copper" tiles are translucent mica, as shown in the product photos, so they don't block ALL the light. One minor nit is that the tiles aren't evenly spaced... they are like mosaic wall tile with a fiber grid backing, glued on in 3x3 and 2x3 sections. Sometimes the sections aren't perfectly spaced, but you can pretend that makes it look more "hand made" and adds to the charm.

      This is a quality pendant lamp, and a beautiful fixture.. It is especially attractive as the mica looks shiny and matte when the lamp is unlit and when light is on it gives off a warm, translucent glow thanks to the coppery-glass tiles.. It was quite easy to assemble and my husband was able to install it, replacing an older fixture above our kitchen table, and works well with the dimmer switch which was already installed in this spot. I like this style so much I also have the matching mini pendants over our kitchen counter plus matching lamps in the adjacent family room. Excellent, I know I will enjoy them for many years!

      There are pieces missing in the package. The handyman came to put it up and there was no plastic bag of parts and no book of direction. There were however some totally useless used rusty screws and thingsthat came from somewhere else. I had to run out to Lowes and buy a different more expensive fixture that I don't like as well as the picture of this pendant. I can't give The one I got to a charity as that would disappoint somebody else.
      The missing parts were especially for this light, so we couldn't jerryrig anything else as we didn't know what was missing This is the first bad purchase I've got from Amazon. I don't think Amazon should deal with this company any more. I'm an old lady with limited income and I got taken.
