I got an electrician to install this. But he was unable to get the top to sit securely on the sides, and I am not able to see what the problem is, nor, for that matter, how to change the light bulbs when that becomes necessary.
The instructions illustrate a kind of lamp that is distinctly different, and give no assistance whatever on either of these two issues. There is no customer support option on the website, neither phone nor email, and the instructions advise, unhelpfully, to "consult a qualified electrician if you have any question."
