The lights are beautiful and our electrician had no problem installing them. However at the end we realized that one of the other contractors must have thrown away some of the screws on accident as we were missing four and they were definitely all there to begin with. We were still able to hang them, just had one screw missing on two lights and two screws missing on the 3rd light. I contacted the company Satco and gave them the light info including the color I chose and requested to purchase new screws. They sent the new screws free of charge and arrived a week later. Just installed them and they were exactly the right ones. No more 95% club waiting for me to go to a big box store looking for the same size screws and knowing I wouldn’t be able to find the color match. Satco was great to deal with. The lights are cool but the company and customer service seals the deal for me. I’ll check out more of their lights as we do our renovations for more rooms.
