    The item shipped quickly and arrived on time. The mask had all the parts and everything seems to work as expected. The seller replied to my question in a timely manner. My complaint is with the lack of packaging. The mask was only wrapped in the original bubble wrap, but the item was shipped just in its box, giving no protection in transit; the box was ripped in two places and the mask is now scuffed from sticking out. I would definitely suggest better transit protection.
