Simple but beautiful design for this nickel light. I bought two and placed them in or hallway by our upstairs bedrooms, one at each end. The light emitted is sufficient, but I'm using 60 watt equivalent LED bulbs. Really, no qualms with this purchase, but maybe there's an issue with my wiring as the farther light turns on a few milliseconds after the initial light, maybe just noticeable to me but that's because I like looking for potential issues. That 'problematic' light's position is new, as is the hallway, so I'm leaning toward user error, not product. I did need to buy longer mounting machine screws to make this work, FYI. Also, these were used ceiling mount in our home, thought they seen like they would have worked with a wall mounted position.
I am by no means an electrician; I am an amateur remodeler who, when needing, will check YouTube and other various internet received for ideas and instruction, as of a year ago and our first home purchase. You'll be happy with this light if you like what you see in the stock photos.
