I was delivered 2 mirrors. When the items came, one of the mirrors was broken. I sent a message to Alcove Lighting by way of Amazon. There was a quick response that same day. I was instructed to take a picture and send it to Alcove. The company texted back to say that they were sending out a new mirror. The new mirror came 2 days after this incident. Alcove was great and I will definitely, in the future. purchased from this company. Shout out to Richard, you are fantastic! Customer service deserves an A+
The mirrors are beautiful and will look great in my master bathroom.
