This table arrived about 10 days after we ordered it. It shipped from VA and we live in NV. So all and all the shipping time was completely acceptable. It gets delivered on a palette and is double boxed. I would say it was well packaged.
The product it self has a heft to it because of the stone top. I like that they used what appears to be real stone and real wood. I really am not a fan of veneers and fake looking/feeling tops. The wood that is in the piece looks and feels like a quality wood. All and all my wife is very happy with this piece, and believe me when I say we looked all over the place before we purchased this console table.
