The seller actually contacted me by phone and was extremely courteous and helpful, even offering to refund my shipping cost as there seems to have been a "glitch" and I should have received a pre-paid return shipping label. I have since received my new horse and it is perfect. I am so satisfied with the customer service and the quality of the piece that I will be ordering another for myself!
