This is a beautiful lamp. It seems very sturdy, and the color is exactly as shown. While it was easy to assemble, the base is very heavy, so I recommend you assemble it at it near where you want it to be. The hardest part was pushing all the wiring down into the base, while simultaneously holding the heavy 3-arm piece, it wouldn't hurt to have someone help you there. Overall, a lovely piece, elegant but with an old world touch.
