Overall fairly satisfied with the fan. I am not a novice, nor pro when it comes to installation. I found the instruction ,manual unclear & somewhat confusing. I feel they could have put together a better installation manual. As far as the operation goes, it moves air nicely. There is no wobble, although as others have said, there is a AC hum that can be annoying. Also, others have said the remote control to turn fan on/off & dim, is kinda cheap looking I AGREE. Dimming feature does not work well, although, it does work. The light does not get that bright either. I guess I feel when paying $229.00 for a high quality Hunter fan, I was expecting a little more. Also, make sure to pair up the remote to the fan once the electrical is connected. It might not work if you don't pair it up thinking you to believe the wireless module is broken or fan is wired wrong!

The fan arrived with a defective part and was found during installation by electrician. The electrician purchased new part and was able to finish the install. However, a second issue appeared in which the remote only worked on one fan speed and light on and off.
I contacted Hunter fan and they asked me to perform a test on the fan to bypass the transformer to see if the fan would spin faster. I did not agree to this, as it would cost additional money to have the test performed by an electrician. A customer should not be asked to find the issue with a defective product. Hunter finally agreed to send me a new remote and transmitter which now properly operates the fan, however, the fan does not create very much airspeed. Hunter offered to replace the fan for me however, they wanted me to remove the fan, packaged up, return to shipper and then reinstall a new fan. The cost to do this is three times the amount that I paid for the fan.

All of the fan within my house are hunter fans, but I will not purchase another one from Hunter again. Poor customer service, and defective products.
