I used a swag hookup and it worked beautifully. The look is streamlined and the noise level is low, which is important when you are using it in the bedroom. The remote control with hanging holder is sleek and works great! I knew it came without a light, so I don't know what that complaining is about! I might add a light later as I really love this fan.

Perfect for low ceilings
We have 8ft ceilings and wanted a low profile ceiling fan that would match our farmhouse. This fan is perfect. I love the all white, it blends in with the ceiling and helps it not look quite so low. Of course we could flip the blades around if we wanted the light wood look. I am very happy and will be buying more for the entire house.

There is definitely an annoying harm, even on the lowest setting. Also, I feel like the listing title should include the fact there is no light. We ordered this, and my electrician had it mounted on the ceiling and installed before we realized that there is actually no light included.
I could not find a compatible add-on light kit, so I ended up just wiring and aftermarket LED to the fan controls. It works fine, but would not recommend this fan.

Muy silencioso enfría bien proporciona el confort que esperábamos, en mi casa que está en el semi desierto de Querétaro México , compré siete tres de bajo perfil y cuatro con barra de extension, todos con control a distancia , funcionan bien , los puse a la altura recomendada, muy silenciosos en cada una de sus tres velocidades, en algunos de ellos hubo necesidad de eliminar el Bamboleo sobre todo con los de barra de extensión " down rod" hay que tener paciencia para equilibrarlos con los contrapesos que proporcionan para ello y que vienen en la caja , no los deshecges , guarda los que te sobren, recomendaría que nos compartieron en el manual del usuario más información de cómo para corregir eficientemente el desbalancei que origina el Bamboleo del ventilador.
