Although things didn’t start out great, in that the globe broke in shipping, that ended up being the only problem. The instructions were clearly written and the installation was relatively easy for that reason. The fan is quiet and can easily freeze us out in second speed. It also looks great. I often remind my wife that I installed it, but she’s not as impressed as she should be.
Really, the best part ended up being the broken globe. I called Hunter and explained the situation, and in fewer than four minutes on the phone a replacement part was on its way, free of charge. The globe arrived three days later. I thought that was pretty classy. I know where I’ll look first for my next fan.
