90 day warranty for reburbished item. Lifetime for motor, so I think that will work out just fine.
The two fans came in perfect condition. Since things cooled off after our recent hot spell, I won't be testing as much as I'd like in the first 90 days, but hoping for a long life. I'm replacing two fans that I got very tired of hearing, one that had a tick, tick, tick, the other with a whirr sound at any speed.
The Hunter fan quality seems excellent. Totally quiet. Quiet is good!
Nice design. Carefully thought through on the blade shape, the bracket shape, the bottom of the fan. I like that the blades are held to the brackets with rubber grommets, reducing noise and allowing a tiny bit of play.
Assembly was standard. It takes a good while to get one of these together. I cut six inches of the included wiring and attached to my stiffer in-ceiling wires, letting those looser wires to hang down. Then hung the fans from the swivel bracket, and attached the motor wires to these flexable wires. This made the installation much easier as the solid copper wires are not so flexable trying to work around the attachment bracket.
