Just remodeled our master bedroom and this fan is an absolute perfect compliment! I really love it! It is quiet and steady and has great lighting too. Great airflow! No problems with shipping and handling. Plus the added bonus of saving money vs retailer's pricing makes the wait worth it. Regarding installation: This is a replacement ceiling fan. So a simple swap. My husband is an electrician. He completed everything in 10 minutes from opening the box to turning on the fan for the first time. So yes, it is technically a 5 minute assembly plus install if you are experienced, work quickly, and don't need to read instructions. (He immediately threw away the instructions.) And it helps to be physically strong enough. I also told him that I was timing him for my first Amazon review because I wanted to know if Hunter was misleading consumers. He said their claim is legit. It is only 5 minutes if you are a professional being timed. (Lol!) I plan to order two more for my house after I give this one more time to demonstrate that it's awesomeness will last longer than a month.
