Use this seller ! When fan arrived we we're nearly done installing and found out one of the fan blade irons came broken. My shower was in a week and my mom coming from CA. Contacted the company got response in less than 24 hrs and they overnighted me a full replacement set of irons allowing us to finish my miracle son's room just in time to surprise my family! Brought tears to my eyes. It's super quiet looks elegant. Fan blades have 2 sides so if we change decor we can go from grey to tan wood which is a bonus . Price was very reasonable and good directions. Took hubby about 2 to 3 hrs only because we had no idea how to do the electrical side and he had to do some research on internet. I can't say enough good about the product it's quality and the above and beyond customer service that saved us ! Without their prompt service I would have no lighting in half the house (we shut power off during install and couldn't resume until fan was finished) Trusted company and I have 3 more fans I will need in the future I will come here again !

    these are refurbished but you would not know it. the best value I have ever had with a fan. bought five of them for my new office and the savings was tremendous and huge. one of the boxes had a broken fan arm support. I called customer service and within 48 hours had a brand new set. the fans all came with bulbs and were packages as if new. you could not tell these were refurbished and I will buy them again anytime I need more. don't waste your money on "new" when you can buy these and get "new" seriously this is a steal.
