I bought the “very good like new” fan & had it professionally installed in living room. Normally we install our own fans but we needed the box & outlet installed along with a new power line. We have a few of these exact fans.
So far it’s working great & we’re satisfied. Just to clarify I left the remote rating blank because ours didn’t come with a remote & I’m not sure if was supposed to because none of our other ceiling fans came with remotes either but I’m not really worried about it.
Overall I would recommend this ceiling fan as a good value for your consideration.
