Easy to hang, but the written instructions were vague. (common sense required on wiring this one.) Be patient.
Buyers need to spend a bit of time learning and understanding the operational facts for the "clicker." The operation needs to be understood in order to determine speed and whether or not you need the light dim or bright. Upon first switch-on for the light, it came on at around 50% brightness - until we figured out how to get it to its brightest. It illuminates the bedroom very well. The fan is quiet, but you will hear the air being moved about the same kind of air noise of A/C coming through your vents. Not a problem. It is powerful with NO humming noises. We like it and highly recommend this fan.
