Pros:

+ Comes with pull chains.
+ Low electricity usage (only $5 a year according to the sticker).
Cons:
- Does not come with a remote and was missing one of the chain cord connector clips.
The lack of a remote isn't really a real negative for me because I bought it for the pull chains. With the missing connector clip I just got one at lowes.
