The fan was very easy to install. It is very compact compared to our old fan. The only cons I have noticed; the fan was not balanced so I had to buy a balancing kit and the fan is affected by the wind. I believe it’s because all the weight is down at the bottom of the fan. It does provide a good amount of wind.
