We ordered 3 of these fans as replacements for bedrooms (12' by 14') and office. They came well packaged and the electrician said they were easy to install and a quality product. The blades are not obnoxiously long for smaller rooms and the design is clean and current. Initially I had been looking at fans for a much higher price point but due to the number I needed for our new home, I went with this Loki fan and Claudette fan, both made by Hunter. I am very pleased, they all work smoothly and quietly.
