    Item arrived with a piece broken off, and the piece was not in the packaging which either means the original listing was purposely deceptive or the seller is careless because the photos did not show it broken. Tried to reach out to the seller to see if they had the broken piece in hopes they could maybe send it and we could repair the item ourselves or request a partial refund since we’ll need to buy a replacement, but that went completely ignored. Not a good business practice.
