I bought 2 of these refurbished, modern Hunter fans to replace my old, but still perfectly functional, traditional Hunter fans. They appear as brand new with no signs of prior use or repair and they actually have a better warranty than the exact new fans. I was a little concerned that they might wobble since there was only 3 blades, but they don't. The brushed nickel finish matches my hardware and the gray tone blades go with my gray color scheme. I like the slightly larger 60" size that fits well in the den and game room. The fan uses standard base bulbs which I upgraded to 5000 white color, brighter LED bulbs. The LED bulbs that come with the fans are similar to 60 watt bulbs and have a yellow color. These fans are advertised as coming with a 2" and a 3" down rod, but they only come with a 3". The 2" down rods were important to me because the ceilings in the destination areas are standard 8'. The Seller customer service was able to send me 2" matching down rods at no cost, so all was well. Smooth running, quiet, efficient fan with dimmable lights. ALL GOOD!
