My home has two switches- one for light and one for the fan. Will I be able to wire the fan to one of the switches to turn it on and then just use the hunter universal remote to control the fan? I can’t leave a gaping hole where the other switch is.

The Hunter website states that the Hepburn comes with both a 2” downrod and a 3” downrod. Does the Hepburn sold by Home Depot come with both? The description lists only the 3” downrod.
