Great design, this could have been a wonderful product if they actually bothered to make it out of halfway decent materials.
First of all, quality control from this company is awful. We got one fixture where over half of the globes were chipped, and the metal inserts that the globes are threaded on were almost all too long, making the fixture look wonky and cheap because the tops of the lights peek out from the globes. The seller shipped us another one. This one also had chipped globes, the same problem with the inserts, and one corner of the base plate was bent.
Ok, so we got approval to gather up the unchipped globes and migrate them to the undamaged base. Great. However, we've now discovered that the metal for the base is so thin and cheap that it's actually bent down at the outer edges, like a banana. There is about 1/2 inch of space between the ceiling plate and the outer shell of the fixture, so there's too much slop in the fitment to actually tighten down the mounting screws in a way that would help keep it together. It also doesn't help that this is some kind of 16 or 18 gauge (VERY thin) cheap alloy.
This fixture would not be worth even $100, let alone almost 10x that. Save yourself the headache and stay FAR away from this company's products.
