The Product did not meet our expectations as it was Damaged Upon Receipt because it was poorly packed by the manufacturer. Lightweight Styrofoam packing materials were compressed and broken. The 3 square glass pendants were all severely chipped, one broken. These heavy glass pendants were packed in lightweight paperboard, not sealed to contain them, as a result they were knocked about inside the box. Amazon was very professional, immediately crediting our purchase price and shipping fee.
