I am very pleased with my purchase.
I've been searching for a brighter light for my home office and found this light fixture from ET2. I usually use (natural daylight) lights, but even though this gives off a soft white temp, it is very bright!
I installed the light myself. Since the light fixture is a bit heavy, I upgraded my light box for one that would hold a ceiling fan. I also did not use the 4 screws and anchors that came with the light. I opted to use 3/16" x 3" toggle bolts. This helped in two ways. First the holes don't have to be that precise and second, they are much stronger making the light much more secure.
Two watch outs:
1, the light doesn't come with size 6 32 screws to secure the mounting plate to the light box. I used 6 32 x 1 1/2" long screws. I aligned the plate to be square with the room and then marked the 4 holes for the toggle bolts.
2, the wires on the fixture are only about 8 to 10 inches long. This is not long enough to be hooked up to the wires coming from the box on the ceiling. I added about 4' of wire to the white, black and ground at my box making it much easier for my son to support the fixture while i hook up the wires and then mount it to the mounting plate. The large box on top of the light fixture easily hides the wires.
