Apparently when you purchase this item it comes with a 30 day return window. We are doing massive remodeling on our home, and this light was just recently installed. Our electrician told us to wait to put in the lights and bulbs to avoid other construction workers breaking or damaging the lights. When we turned the lights on, only half of the 24 lights came on. Additionally, one light bulb was missing. See photos above. We had the electrician come back out to see if it was an electrical problem, or a fixture problem. It is a fixture problem. We just discovered this information today. According to Amazon, the "return window" closed yesterday, March 5, 2019. I paid over $1000.00 for these lights. I would like a replacement. I love the fixture and just want one that works. Can the sellers please help me?
