    I bought these for a house under construction. They were stored for a year in safe spot in a climate-controlled room and were not disturbed till the electricians installed them. The bulbs wouldn't come on. The electricians said this type of bulb should last for many years, so these must be defective. Since it's been a year since I bought them, Amazon does not require the seller to replace the bulbs. But because I've never used them and they should still work fine, but don't, I have asked the seller to replace them anyway. I'll update this review with the seller's reply.
