We just installed two of these as pendants over the sink and they are beautiful. The simple clean lines and opaque white glass shades are handsome on their own but don't distract from the view of woods out the kitchen window. The 4" diameter works better in our relatively small kitchen compared to the larger 6" diameter pendants that are more common. The package includes three 12" rods and one 6" rod (they fit over the electrical cord) so you can easily achieve the necessary height from the ceiling (including a tilting attachment on the ceiling canopy piece so you can hang from a slanted ceiling). The Amazon description is a little misleading because it implies this is an LED fixture (the details about 2900K color temp and 528 lumens). It takes a regular incandescent 60 watt bulb or you can use a dimmable LED bulb just fine (as we did).
