  Wrong item was sent but the box wasn’t opened & checked until right after return window. I could have made due with the item that was sent except it didn’t have all the parts. When I reached out to customer service they responded by not answering any questions I had and blaming the manufacturer or the fact that they “aren’t management.” I asked twice for a contact and never received one. I have 5 spec homes to purchase for and prefer finding reliable sellers to work with. This will not be one.

  3 months later you discover a factory defect? staff told you correct but you refused the truth. they are not responsible for the factory error, you are. had you been responsible and check your factory sealed item within the 30 period, your business wouldn't have a loss. if you are this poor at your management skills, you would be a failure at home building. Follow the TOS rules or you are doomed to failure.

  The item was a great value and shipped quickly. However, the item was described as “new” which means packaged in a brand new, unopened box, but the box had clearly been opened and was missing hardware. When I contacted the seller, they said they have nothing to do with what the manufacturer puts in the package, could not send replacement parts, and I could return it if I wanted. I decided to keep it and look for parts, but wish they had taken responsibility for their inaccurate description.

  BEWARE! Seller ships used items with missing parts and missing instructions and describes them as new! Then when buyers complain the seller blames the buyer in response to negative feedback😡 I wish I had read all the feedback first😡 I am not returning and am not asking this scammer for money back - I will find missing screw at home depot and keep item. Just want to warn others. Seller lies and blames buyers😡
