We purchased this exact model from another retailer after a holiday sale with a better discount. Our electrician was unable to install it because there are two control modules that go inside the cover at the ceiling, and one of them is actually too large to fit. He called the manufacturer and they said they have now combined both modules into one unit that does fit, but now we have to wait until they can send that out to us. So buyer beware, you may receive an older unit that still ships with two modules, or you may get the new version – there's no way to tell from the box.
If they ship the new module out in a timely basis, and we are able to actually use the fan, I'll post an update. But how a company could make such a terrible design and manufacturing error that makes the fan *uninstallable* is ridiculous.
