      I have around 30 of these installed in my brand new DR Horton home and -EVERY- -SINGLE- -ONE- flickers like crazy. Maxim has replaced a few of them with -ZERO- ratification of the issue. Skip this manufacturer, they only sell cheap Chinese junk.
