The Maxim Lighting 40425WGOB Carriage House VX Collection 3-light Outdoor Wall Lantern is made with Vivex, a material twice the strength of resin, which is non-corrosive, UV resistant and backed with a 3-Year limited warranty and finished in an oriental bronze while being paired with a beautiful water glass shade. It will complement your traditional decor and provide years of satisfaction with the its early American style. The 40425WGOB can be used to light up a porch or deck, or placed on a garage for a classic look. Maxim can meet the lighting needs of your exterior areas with a variety of different fixtures for all tastes. The 40425WGOB measures 14-Inch wide x 31-Inch tall and uses three candelabra base 60-Watt incandescent bulbs which can be dimmed using a standard incandescent dimmer. This exterior fixture is UL listed for a hardwire connection in a wet location. This item is sold one per package and is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of shipment.
