I spent many, many months looking for new lights for my plant room. I wanted something very different. The original track lighting looked like soup cans. I know that these were advertised as outdoor units, but since I wanted an "outdoorsy" "exotic" feel to the room, these were PERFECT. I did not install them myself and as I watched the electrician do it, was glad that I had hired him. Some of the screws were very tiny and when installing flush against the ceiling, they were not easy to handle. I was concerned that I might not like the glass globe since it has, deliberately, bubbles in it - but they only add to the charm. My lights are on a reostat and so I can set them for whatever brightness I want. Great lights. I love them.
