Twice ordered and twice disappointed. First time around the inner glass sconces that you see pictured were damaged. Actually, one was damaged (glass pieces) and the other was not even included in the order. Second time around one of the sconces was fused to the chrome cylinder at an angle that was crooked. In other words, it resembled the Leaning Tower of Pisa. After much reflection and disappointment, I decided this vanity was not for me. It looks much better pictured but, when it arrives you can see that craftsmanship is poorly done and cheaply put together. The sconces were made of the most brittle glass and the outside clear glass appears to be plastic, not even glass. The cylinder chrome holders were cheap aluminum and there was sloppy welding done in some areas. Since this was going to be installed for a bathroom re-model, I just couldn't take a chance that it would arrive damaged again. Instead I ordered the :USE Form One Lighting Double Sconce http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000CCDC7Y/ref=oh_details_o03_s00_i00 and was pleasantly surprised. Really nice, simple and cleanly constructed. Best of all, it arrived without any damage or manufacturer defect. It was great dealing with Amazon.com customer service. Each time they offered me next day shipping free of charge to compensate for my inconvenience and they offered me a discount towards my last order which was the new vanity selection. Incidentally, I did go to Home Depot/Lowes to pick out a nice bath vanity. However, there were just not any nice enough pieces to justify putting in an upscale bath re-model. The internet does offer a variety and wide selection but, I'm glad I placed the order through Amazon.com since it's much easier dealing with their customer service as opposed to the individual vendor itself. I had called Maxim Lighting initially and they rudely dismissed my call/concerns and suggested I contact Amazon since the order was places through them. When I insisted that all I needed was a replacement part they asked me for the packing list which was not included. At that point they placed me on hold and never responded back.
