The packing of this product almost guaranteed that it would arrive with some damage. The styrofoam used it the most flimsy I've ever seen. Also, attaching the chain to the light and the plate at the ceiling is a challenge. It's a strong, high quality chain, put can't be bent open to attach at both ends. I had to carefully cut it and spread it to make the attachments. The provide a real long length of electrical and safety wire, so not matter how high you ceiling, you'll be fine.
