This light was packaged very well. Unfortunately, when we pulled the shade out it had 3 brown spots on it and the plastic behind the fabric shade was all bent up and damaged. You can see the dents and creases in the plastic on a magnified level once light shines through it. I order a LOT from Amazon and rarely write reviews. In this case, however, I would like to warn others of the poor quality of this product. There is also a frosted piece that filters the light that has a significant scratch on it. It is very prominent because the piece is all frosted except for the scratch right in the middle. The shade is also more of a cream color than white.
