I agree with "Poor old dad" comments. Nice looking but very cheaply (and badly) made. For 45 bucks I was expecting something better. My unit lights were not in the same vertical plane. One light was pointing somewhat toward the wall while the other light was pointing somewhat toward the room. I tried to gently rotate the light holding sleeves that fits over the bar but the unit is just glued! - and not even well - No mechanical mounting! So the unit fell apart (strong odor if epoxy by the way). This is completely unacceptable IMMO. Designers Fountain you lost me. It would have been cheap enough to hold the sleeves in place with a discreet setscrew. And the light socket need to be somehow screwed into the bar, not just glued. Work like this used to qualify as shyster work.
Amazon authorized return of the unit and will credit my account .

I would think they may be a little too dark for a bathroom where you would be getting ready for the day, either showering, putting on makeup, or doing your hair.
