I bought this light based on reviews, some said it was small, some said it had streaks of silver as negatives, but I bought it anyway and it is very light weight also. The color is bronze/brown. If you know electricity and have installed lights before, its pretty straight forward but if you haven't done an installation before, download instructions as there are basically none with this except a parts list. All the parts were there! I had to remove a 5" x 3" electrical box that held my old floodlight in this location before installing this light. Once that was done, it took me 10 minutes to put this light in it's place, including drilling new holes. I had to replace the two screws that come with the unit that hold the light to the metal bar as they were too long for my needs but I have a hundred screws hanging around so found two shorter screws that worked perfect. Everything you buy these days needs some type of modification, my modification was the 2 screws. I am very pleased with this light. I placed a motion sensor LIGHTBULB in it. The instructions recommend caulking 3/4 around the light once it is up to prevent rain water from getting in and so I did that even though it was flush with the siding. I have been wanting to replace my floodlight for 12 years, finally did and am very happy. The light is stationary and does not and cannot swivel for those that are wondering. Good value for the price.
