On 12/12/25, after I contacted them, they advised that they cannot deliver to my address. It seems they use this excuse with a lot of orders. Why would it take them five days to tell me that? Would they have told me if I hadn’t contacted them? This was a Christmas gift and now I’ll have to find something else. Very poor customer service. DO NOT waste your time ordering from them.
