I've bought/installed 2 4 light versions of this and one 3 light. All complete parts, well made, light to install, (heavy with the shades on). I have installed them both up and down, and always in bathrooms (damp). Have not had one fail. The initial one I worried as the light itself is held to mounting bracket by 2 small threaded balls. But they work very well. They provide great light and look great.
