Re another review, yes the "covers" over the bulbs are not white but a soft golden color which fits our decor perfectly, even better than the white would have so we are happy with this color. It is not an ugly color as one reviewer put it; but soft and nice IF it matches your decor. Getting it was not so easy; there were issues. But once it got here, we are very happy.
