Nice product; well packaged, no missing parts, great quality, super fit and finish. The lights have frosted-white glass diffusers (see picture) for a perfect finished appearance. We're using “very-white” daylight (5000k) dimmable FLOOD bulbs. The lights are mounted on a 10-foot ceiling using 1-6-inch and 2-12-inch downrods. The lights are 36-inches above the island counter-top which seems to be common in most installations. We had one extra 12-inch downrod, per light,left over.
Originally we ordered 2-lights but mfg screwed up and put one of our shipping labels on another product. No big deal, we re-ordered another and sent the wrong item back to Amazon. The replacement was shipped UPS ground, (Florida to California) but in-transit was upgraded to air by Golden and the light arrived in 2-days (we didn't ask for air so that was nice of Golden Lighting).
Installed the fixtures the next-day (easy-install) and they provide much needed light and make the kitchen island area look great.
