Bought two of these to go over our 6 ft. kitchen island. They are beautiful and the perfect mix between farmhouse and fancy. I love the seeded glass! I was a bit afraid that they would be too small but they are the perfect size for our purpose.
Regarding the customer service - We are having a house built so these were purchased way before they were installed. Once they were installed, I noticed that one of the glass shades had a couple of chips in it so I called the customer service number listed on my order summary. An actual person answered the phone after a very short hold ( I know, shocking). The woman I spoke with (Elizabeth) was very kind and explained that I needed to email the manufacturer (Golden Lighting), explain my issue and send them a picture of the chips. I didn't get a response to my email so I thought I wasn't going to get any help. But to my happy surprise, a few days later, I got a replacement shade in the mail at no cost to me. I highly recommend this light fixture and this company. I am very impressed.
