    I received the faucet, broken. The package was not damaged. The marble pieces from the throat were located above the faucet where they would not be, if broken inside the mailed package, as the broken side was down tightly against the foam packing and it was secured with foam packaging on the top. I sent the seller a picture, and she stated the pieces were not from my purchased faucet, that it looked like they were dropped in the box. that my faucet was not broken.

    I stated this faucet was NOT broken when I shipped it (pic is in the post). Unfortunately, I can NOT control shipping & sometimes items may arrive damaged. When contacted I IMMEDIATELY TOLD YOU I WOULD ACCEPT A RETURN if you sent pics of it broken. Very SIMPLE. Instead, you responded very NASTY accusing me of sending a broken faucet (WHICH COSTS ME MONEY- SO THAT WOULD MAKE NO SENSE). Either way I IMMEDIATELY OFFERED A RESOLUTION FOR A RETURN/REFUND- SO I am not sure what's the issue.
