The product itself was wrapped in heavy plastic with small bubble wrap around it. It was placed in a box and then the box was wrapped in large bubble wrap. This was placed in a heavy walled box taped up with reinforced fiber tape. These guys did an amazing job, far better than you will ever see. The product itself is of high quality and at an excellent price. Plus, it was shipped immediately. Great seller!

I worked on the motor and got it running at some cost to me so I contacted the seller and we came to an agreement and they adjusted the final payment. It ended up that I got the motor that I needed and some education of repairing electric motors. Their customer service was outstanding and they went out of their way to help me. I recommend them highly.
