Works great, nice and heavy. I have no experience whatsoever and I installed this myself in the garage floor in one day to cover PVC sewer cleanout. It doesn't have a box so I drilled four holes through the sides, put screws through (pointing out obviously) and poured quickrete on top. Anyone who assumed a box is necessary and actually mailed this thing back to China, see previous comments, is just not that bright. I covered it in painters tape and epoxy/flaked the garage floor to blend it out and then sealed the surrounding floor with polyaspartic. See pic, it's gorgeous
