    The shelf is great. good condition good price, quick shipping. My issue was with Customer service and the listing itself. It shows clips in the picture, says nothing about NO clips in the Description. Only says Shelf only in the About Item line. I was Expecting clips. Customer service acted like they disnt care, responded. The Picture was a stock picture, and we said no clips in the description.. They didn't, and someone was just lazy.. and passed it off as my problem..

I requested a return, the seller gave me the run-around, asked me to verify that the units were in fact defective, but before I could respond with the results, he closed the return and won't accept any additional contact. Definitely among the worst sellers I've ever encountered on eBay. Buyer beware is an understatement. Thanks for two very expensive doorstops.
